Many people often advise us: you have to make shipping a profit center. Well, we're not going to do that. If we're going to make money as a company, it's because we make awesome clothes. not because we fleece our customers by jacking up shipping prices.
Our shipping policy is simple, it's free for all domestic orders (yes, anywhere in the US - even Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO).
For international shipping we have a flat rate of $20 for orders up to $150. Orders $151 and above are $40.
Shipping charges for international order are not refundable.
We want you to like what you purchased from us. If you don't, you can return it up to 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund.
Please make sure your return is unused, unwashed, and devoid of an excessive amount of lint/pet hair.
Returns sent after 14 days will receive store credit. Returns after 30 days or used merchandise are not eligible for returns and will be sent back.
Please make sure to ship your returns via a postal carrier with tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Shipping charges for Priority Mail and international order are not refundable.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
To ensure that you get the new product faster and while it's still in stock, simply create a new order at Jomers.com. Then, send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original order is returned to us. Upon receipt, we will then credit the original order for a full refund.
